Villa Janian is the perfect place to unwind and take in the breathtaking scenery of southern Spain. Whether you are coming to Spain to view properties, visit family or just unwind then Villa Janian has everything to offer.

Villa Janian has extensive well nurtured terraces, a swimming pool and a poolside bar with pool table  and dart board so you can chill out on those long summer nights.  Guests can also enjoy barbeques on our custom built barbeque. Villa Janian can spoil up to eight guests at any one time. There is a separate guest annexe with en-suite double rooms, each room having full tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Meals are served in the fabulous dining room overlooking the mountains, landscaped gardens and pool area. Fresh breakfast eggs are served daily from our own  free range chickens. In the evenings you can relax on your own private patio or in the sun lounge with breathtaking views of Lijar village and surrounding countryside. Lijar is situated in the beautiful Almanzora valley. Beautifully placed we have Almeria city/airport just an hours drive away and the popular coastal resort of Mojacar is just 45 minutes away., with various beaches in this proximity.
